TMD has been a pleasure to work with from day one! We hired Trevor to design our dream (and hopefully final) home. Our lot is on a tidal creek but also very wooded, so he had the challenge of designing something that fit around trees that we can’t cut down (and don’t want to) while still taking advantage of beautiful marsh views. To begin, we had no idea what we wanted, but Trevor was patient and helpful, bringing us ideas and listening to feedback as we settled on final plans. His knowledge and attention to detail helped guide us easily through our neighborhood review process. We have already recommended him to friends and family.
