BULLS BAY RESIDENCE

The owners of this ocean front house recognized its potential with the location set overlooking Bulls Bay. The existing house was a vacation home with some deferred maintenance and was transformed into an updated permanent residence. By capturing existing space within the existing front porch, additional interior living space was added to the main floor. This allowed for several new and expanded spaces, including: an expanded master suite, a new laundry room and an additional guest bedroom suite. 

On the ocean side of the home, the kitchen was expanded and windows were added across the entire rear wall to provide views of the ocean. Similarly, the dining room was also opened up to take advantage of the ocean views through the screen porch. Out on the screen porch, a chair lift was added to improve accessibility along with providing generously sized aisles and doors throughout the home.
