This new home was designed for a growing family who loves the water. “Old home” elements were incorporated throughout the design, featuring spaces intentionally designed to provide the sense of a home which has expanded and evolved over time.  These vintage elements are paired with modern efficiency, including geothermal heating/cooling, spray foam insulation and energy efficient windows & doors.
