The owners watched our project down the street from this house and desired to have a similar scope of work performed on their home. From the onset, we planned to replace the exterior finishes including the windows, doors, siding and garage level lattice. The owners particularly disliked the former kitchen, which was set apart from the rest of the living areas. So, we reorganized the main floor plan to provide open communication between the kitchen and the living space.
